[Pansophy] L2HE NCR emails

Allen,

I don't need to be added to all L2HE travelers. Please add me as a NCR 
and D3 dispositioner for the cryomodule assembly travelers, i.e. 
L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSY1 and
L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSY2 and L2HE-CMA-VV-ASSY.

L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSYF and L2HE-CMA-CM-SHIP are not in pansophy yet. John may 
add me when he works on those.
