[Pansophy] WCD Register L2HE - the process of approvals/implementation still needs vetting

I realize that you would like these updated ASAP, however I must meet with the QMS team before proceeding.
The "implementation" of these changes, in accordance with new SRF QMS, is not completely mapped out or understood.
I will work to have these done as soon as information has been provided.
