In cases of staff changes in a project, can you replace names in relevant travelers without asking authors to do new revisions?

I was working on updating the word docs and PDFs of the L2HE-CMA travelers to add Gary Cheng’s username to the NCR Dispositioner slot. I noticed a discrepancy between the docs and your WCD file. A lot of the names don’t match up. In addition, Gary Cheng’s name isn’t on the WCD registry for those travelers. If I understand these new WCD register rules correctly, the information for each traveler entry and what is in the traveler should match each other. Are we looking at completely redoing the NCR names for these travelers?
