Allen, please help me to understand:

  1.  Was this task requested also two months ago? I remember Val came in my office...
  2.  Do you have a procedure on remotely accessing Docushare / Pansophi?  I think we need a step by step procedure... Accessing the JLab network using VDI:

The VDI provides access to internal computing services via a virtualized desktop, which is hosted at the lab. You will need to install the client software to connect. Follow the instructions available here: https://misportal.jlab.org/vdi
