[Pansophy] C100R WCD

Thanks Allen.  I have compared the R1 that was approved and the draft I have for R2.  A new version for the R2 draft has been put in the Draft WCD Register folder (link here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-274166/C100R%20Work%20Control%20Document%20Register%20R2_DRAFT20230712.xlsx>).  Let me know if you are ok with this R2 draft (if it has what you need to be able to make the changes in Pansophy).  The tab "Change Log" has a list of the changes made and I also highlighted many of the cells where data was changed (red highlight was a change in the traveler ID in the register or a new traveler, orange highlights are where Scott's name was replaced/removed, yellow highlights are where Ashley's name was replaced/removed) .  I did not highlight cells if the traveler was moved to the Archive / Obsolete section since those rows were just copied and pasted to their new row.  If this version works for you, then I should be able to have it routed for approval to the group leads.

Tiffany,

I saw your service request, and I've been looking into it. We did have an approved C100R WCD back in February, which you can see at the bottom of this PDF version<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-270373/C100R%20WCDRegister_06FEB2023.pdf>, but I'm having trouble finding the excel version with the docushare routing. I believe I have found the same excel version that got routed on my drive, just not with the approved routing. I've attached it for your convenience. Is this what you were looking for?

Since we have a version already in production, this new one should be an R2. I know that we're looking at changing the templates and everything, but this was still an approved version, ergo I think it should be considered the R1. If Valerie or anyone else higher disagrees we'll run with their call, but I can always change a document title if need be.
