Hi Gary,

I am resubmitting the same file with the correction to your first initial. The comments you are referring to from the original file were directed at a section allowing for the use of a mass spectrometer to do the leak check. I have removed that part entirely after reading the feedback from Tug at Fermi. It seems we do not have to worry about pressure and it will be more efficient to only use the Inficon to do these leak checks.
