Gary,

You need to use the newest Procedure Template, a blank one is attached.  You should be able to copy/paste into the new document.

The naming convention should be:


PROJ-PR-WCA-COMP-ACTION
PROJECT-PROCEDURE-WORKCENTER-COMPONENT-ACTION

So I would suggest L2HE-PR-CMA-CM-SLBUP

Has everyone had a chance to review and provide comments?  If not, you want to do that before routing so it doesn't get returned.

  1.  we need an ID for the attached procedure
  2.  we hope that this procedure can be routed for approvals today, as soon as possible.
