[Pansophy] FW: AUP NCR Pareto

Dear Pansophy Team

I am preparing for the Quality Review Meeting Monday , and noticed a big jump in NCRs for AUP

What is strange is it added 15 NCRs to the number of defects for almost every category on the Pareot chart , for a small project this is strange, and its even more strange that there are the same number of almost every category

Thought I should mention this , I will report the data as shown on Monday unless I hear differently

Hi Naeen

I see a big increase in NCRs for AUP compared to what was reported at the Management Review meeting in March

What is strange is the all seem to be the same type - is this correct ?
