Valerie,
I've located an email regarding the L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSY travelers. It doesn't answer the question regarding TUNCSN, but it does clarify that the approvals and NCR/D3 names need to be changed to reflect the WCD. For reference, here's what the WCD refers to.

I can pop over to Adam's office to ask about the SNs if you'd like, or just edit, send for a final review by him and Fischer, and route for approval.

Allen,
CM-ASSY-1 needs to use the names on the WCD, for example, John Hogan is listed, he doesn't even work here anymore.
CM-ASSY-2, same as above.

Adam,
I wanted to forward these two to you as well. These and the beamline travelers I sent you on Wednesday are the 5 L2HE travelers that are being worked on to go out for approval. There are some discrepancies in the approval names and NCR/D3 usernames when compared to the WCD. If the names should be changed to reflect the WCD, let me know and I'll update them. If the WCD should be changed to reflect them, let me know and I'll move forward with approvals once I get a response from John about the SNs.

John,
We have been reviewing these two travelers prior to routing and made some changes to the SN Fieldnames to make them more uniform across projects. Please review them to make sure the changes will work.
We also had several questions regarding L2HE-CMA-CM-ASSY2 specifically. In step 25, you use the TUNCSN for several SNs. We wanted to confirm whether these were warm or cold tuners, and if L2HE had used any warm tuners at all. Could you clarify these two points for us?
Allen
