I do not understand "Need to edit data" for the QMS Reason.
Is there a problem with the data? Incorrect data uploaded/enters?  Missing data?

And #154 about ER5C-PROC-CAV is a traveler used by Christiana to define cavity processing. I don't understand the deleting?
