Joe,

The order of review should not be important, as every reviewer should be going over the document. Whether they are the first or last of the approvers to look it over; if they see something that calls for a disapproval, the process gets restarted once the revised version is ready.

That said, I view the routing status by clicking the properties button (the three vertical lines icon on the right side of each document), then selecting routing from the menu on the left, and then selecting the latest document routing. It might be different for an approver, but that is what I as the router do to view the approval status.

In docushare, how do I view the status of others approving a procedure as a prerequisite to my approval? I am more familiar with Document Control's software.
