[Pansophy] FW: Docushare access for Girder Photos

Shaun,

Afternoon. We are working on adding you to DocuShare, however I have a couple questions.

  1.  You will be working on the Warm Girders with Mike Drury?
  2.  Will you be only looking at files in DocuShare or will you also need to access Data from our Pansophy System?
  3.  Who is your supervisor (this is for our system tracking)
  4.  Do you need any training? DocuShare? Pansophy?
  5.  Which SRF photos for CM girders do you need access? Do you have a directory?

We will get this done as soon as we get this information. Thanks For you help.

Also, there is a Pansophy training today at 1:30pm if you would like an overview of our system.

We will be hosting a Welcome to Pansophy training Monday the 20th. This training will cover the general use of pansophy and will count towards the Pansophy User Competence. It will be offered both in-person in room 1227, and via teams. Please forward this meeting to any of your staff in need of this competency.
