So double clicking on Facilities did not bring up the screen as shown below? If not I need to contact Pansophy Team.



Click on the "Main Menu"

Then on "Facilities"

Then look to right and click on shipping form:

All,



I learned of a potential issue that needs to be addressed.  Cavities HE-CAVR093 and 99 were shipped out without SRFINV direct involvement.



Let me itemize some:

  *   All Parts being shipped that are controlled by Inventory(PRIMeS), or in production (travelers/pansophy), must be directly communicated to SRFINV. Basically, project parts.

So please do the following:

  *   Fill out the "SRFOPS Internal Shipping Communication"  in Pansophy:  https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Facilities/SRFOPS_ShippingForm.cfm
  *   Please email SRFINV at JLAB.org<mailto:SRFINV at JLAB.org>   your shipping request and any other coordination communication. The "SRFOPS Internal Shipping Communication" does send an automatic email to M Dickey (the form above does ask for the shipping form # and special instructions as well) but its always good to communicate via SRFINV at JLAB.org<mailto:SRFINV at JLAB.org> email as well with updated info.

The issues that occurred.

  *   Request for attaching accelerometer were made after the shipment was shipped.
  *   Parts were not "moved" out of inventory database until after we figured out was going on.
  *   SRFINV helped transport the parts to S&R but didn't realize they were inventory-controlled parts and did not ask questions.

Good news is that the shipping form checked the RADCON box and RADCON approved the shipment.
