[Pansophy] C100R-CMTF-CM-ACTS #3 and #5 which one to obsolete?

The request was to obsolete (delete is the wording in the pansophy help request function) traveler 2.  The justification was that the data is in travelers 3 and 5, so #2 is not needed.

Need some clarification on your Request.
Seq #2, 3, and 5 are all for C100-10R
#2 is Open and has no data – is this being saved for something? Should it be closed? Obsoleted?
And are you request #3 OR #5 to be obsoleted?

I can not find the emails, sorry.
