[Pansophy] NCR 632 issue

Hi pansophy team,

While trying to close NCR 632

I responded to the Page 3 w/o input on Cycle 1 rows 1 & 2. That caused 
the system to give me an error, which can't be cleared by me even after 
I added input to the rows 1 & 2. How may I get over this? Here is the 
error message (after I hit submit on page 3):
