[Pansophy] NCR 632 issue

NCR 632 is closed. And that isn't an error. It is a data dump that I believe Valerie and/or Mike added when trying to work on the export to PDF. If you navigate to the NCR, you will see that it is closed and in the bottom right corner, you will see who closed and when.

Also, for urgent things, please feel free to call us. Our office phones forward to our cell phones when we are off site. The Pansophy email receives a lot of emails and we may not see something immediately

While trying to close NCR 632<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/TRAVELER_FORM.cfm?project=SNSPPU&area=SNSPPU&system=INSP&TRAV_ID=SNSPPU-NCR&TRAV_REVISION=R12&page=3&maxpage=4&TRAV_SEQ_NUM=632&ncr_num=0&travstat=n&serialnum=003&SN=003&SNType=SN>, I responded to the Page 3 w/o input on Cycle 1 rows 1 & 2. That caused the system to give me an error, which can't be cleared by me even after I added input to the rows 1 & 2. How may I get over this? Here is the error message (after I hit submit on page 3):
