I took a look at the screenshots.  The URL indicates that you managed to get into the IT (Integration & Testing) area of Pansophy.  Check your link and make sure that you are going to https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy, and try again.

FYI,

I cannot open any travelers in Pansophy, not request Service Request.  Not sure what is going on with this.  Could be a server issue.  This PC is on "secured" server.

I will be on vacation at the end of the day, through next week.
