You guys' call. I can route a traveler and procedure at the same time, and just wait for the procedure to be approved and put in docushare before editing the traveler and uploading. If you want this, moving it over to the latest procedure template and putting names in shouldn't be too hard. I do ask that you make the decision sooner rather than later though. When stuff like this happens, I usually route them at the same time, and the traveler is already out for approval.

Hi Matt,

As you said, this document was really there to help bring up new folks that did not know much about cryo operation. There was some discussion on making this an official document, but then we decided not to because this was written before first CM got tested and we had no idea how the cm would behave and if this procedure would even be necessary so we stuck it in as a reference document.

If you think it is needed, I would just go ahead and send it out for signatures as-is so we have it as a reference for the future.

I don't believe this was ever sent for approval, I've cc'd David in case he knows more (Only because his name is on it, so maybe he remembers more).  I think we started putting this together as part of an effort to have documentation available concerning CMTF Operations in case our limited pool of CMTF Cryo Operators were unavailable.

If I had to guess, it's probably in part because it's a word doc at the moment. Do we know if this was ever approved? I'm not seeing any approval names or an approval screenshot.
