Open windows explorer and navigate to this address. M:\asd\asddocs\TravelerTemplates<file://JLABSGRP/SGROUP/asd/asddocs/TravelerTemplates>. That's where all our latest templates are located. If you need help attaching it to word, you can find it in our traveler authorship training slides located on the pansophy help page<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Help/help.cfm> (pages 4-6). We also run a traveler authorship training which goes over the process and other parts of the traveler creation process. I'm actually working on getting a training set up for Wayne Carter next week, and would be happy to open it up to you if you'd like to join. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

P.S. I've CC-ed pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org> to this email. Please either reply all or add them to your replies. It helps keep them informed of what's going on, and in the event of me being unable or unavailable to answer, they can also help.

Where can I find that template? Looked in Pansophy and Docushare, might be looking in the wrong places.

Michelle,

Could you please try opening a TravelerTemplate2023 template for me? That should have the pansophy ribbon on it. If not, we might have an issue on our hands.

Hi Allen,
I didn't notice those extra spaces and I realized the revision discrepancy once I uploaded them into docushare. Thanks for addressing those.
I don't have the pansophy ribbon, at one point I did but I think after a software update it went away.
Thanks again for your help,
Michelle

Michelle,

I wanted to reach out briefly about a few things I noticed in your travelers. There were a couple of extra spaces, including where they shouldn't be, which while easily fixed is something we need to keep an eye out for. The most important thing however are the revision numbers. I noticed that you changed from R3 to R4 for these documents. As a reminder, the revision number only advances after a traveler goes into pansophy. Otherwise, it stays the same during the editing process. I went ahead and changed it back to R3 for the travelers, and moved the R4 revision note to R3. If that last part was incorrect, please tell me what the revision note should say for each respective traveler.

Lastly, I noticed that the pansophy ribbon was not showing up in the travelers. Is this the case on your end as well? If so we might need to look at whether your documents didn't get it for some reason, or if there's something else going on we need to address.

Allen
