Once she has an account you can fill out a Service Request for DocuShare and Pansophy access.

Use "Employee Permissions Request" under Request Type.
There you can request access and training.

For Acronymns

Can be found un TRAVELERS MENU -> TRAVELER TOOLS -> TP ACRONYMS
Select Components.

Use ER5C please. C20/C50R/C75 have been moved to closed.

Hello Valerie

Kara Chandler stared today, however we are still working on getting her an account , MIS have a new system now

For information her user name will be chandler

In the meantime I have printed off the Pansophy training slides for her to read , however she is going to need a lot of one on one to learn where to find things , and how to fill out a traveler correctly . I wondered if any of your team is available to do this ?

A few questions


  1.  What is the most current Register we should be using for ER5C or C50 or C75  ? I wanted to give her a list of the travelers she could expect to see
  2.  Is there a list of acronyms I could give her , if so wherev do I find it
  3.  When is the next Pansophy and DOCUSHARE  training
  4.  Once she has an account she will need Docushare, Pansophy and M Drive access
