[Pansophy] L2HE-CLNRM Traveler and Procedure approvals

For FPCC, it needs to follow the WCD.

For CST-DISA, will be the same as L2HE-CLNRM-CST-ASSY, and it can be added to the WCD as it is a new traveler.

With our discrepancies with the traveler and procedure names, I went ahead and reviewed the other two documents that just got approved. L2HE-CLNRM-FCC-INSP-R5 has a different project manager name, and the NCR/D3 usernames are incorrect. I can’t tell if L2HE-PR-CLNRM-CST-DISA is correct or not, since it doesn’t appear to be in WCD. If the names/usernames for the traveler should be changed to reflect the WCD, let me know and I’ll change and reroute. If the WCD is the ones that should be changed, let me know and I’ll continue processing the traveler for upload.
