[Pansophy] Pansophy questions

Anne and Kara,

I might be able to in a little bit, but I'm working on getting a 125 page traveler into pansophy right now. I'll try to answer this question via email. Hitting submit to database will save all data entered on that page (you need to do it for every page). This does not close a traveler however. The only way to close a traveler is to go to the last page, select "yes" on the close traveler button in the bottom right, and hit submit to database. You can see the button in question in the picture below. This button only appears on the last page of a traveler, and only then if there isn't an active holdpoint.

If a traveler is accidentally closed, which happens fairly frequently, you can put in a pansophy service request to have it reopened.

I hope this answered your question. If it doesn't or you have any others, please don't hesitate to reach out. I would also be happy to set up a training session at some point once I've finished with my own training later this week.

Allen
