I should note that the versions going out now are also not conforming to the WCD, but the document is being revised anyways. This is just something I wanted to bring up.

Michelle,

The travelers have been revised based on requirements from Tony. They also don't follow the WCD, which is something they're pushing harder on us to comply with. Valerie has put out some revised version that I will be routing in a moment. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Allen,
I'm not sure why the people included on the approvals/NCR/D3 notifications are not acceptable. Anne is included as a WCLead for approvals and I thought Gary and Liang counted as SRFops subject matter experts on plating/bellows. Please let me know if I'm mistaken.
Thanks,
Michelle

Hi Michelle & all

FYI, just a reminder Kara is still working to the previous version of the traveler since this is what is approved and released in Pansophy

Could you please take a look and decide on the next steps for this traveler , in particular I understand there is a photo of the weld defect from Fermi that we should be looking for

Thanks Anne

Adam,

I understand you spoke with Valerie today on approval names and NCR/D3 usernames. I have some concerns regarding the ones in these L2HE beamline inspection travelers, especially how there doesn't appear to be any SRFOPS SMEs or WCLeads listed as approvers or as a NCR Dispositioner/D3 Email. Please discuss these Michelle and make any changes necessary to make sure the right people are being kept in the loop. If we can get this sorted and assuming the confusion about the WCD update process is fixed, we should be good to route for approval.

Allen
