We can do this, but we ask that you first put in a service request through pansophy. It's our new system that helps us keep track of requests better than email can. Hi pansophy team,
Could you please re-open traveler L2HE-INSP-BLBP-101?  It was discovered to have a leak after the traveler was closed due to a faulty weld; this information should be captured in the traveler and an NCR is required.
