Thanks for the clarification. As we are still trying to figure out this new world with WCDs, we can go ahead and route this traveler for approvals while the WCD revision is being done. I have two requests for you while I process this. The first is to go into the version of this traveler in the draft travelers folder and highlight or make the font red for the NCR/D3 and Approval names so we remember they need to be changed in the WCD. The second is for when you make the update to the WCD. Please note the changes in the change_log tab so there is a record of the changes made. Meanwhile, I will route the traveler for approval.

Hi Allen –

I had to change the author and NCR/D3 names because Scott Williams is retiring. Greg is the appropriate person to replace Scott’s name on the C100R-INSP-DSRF traveler.  I am currently working on modifying the WCD Register to remove his name from all travelers but this will take some time to figure out the appropriate replacement for all of the documents his name is on.  Because they are currently inspecting the flanges and using the C100R-INSP-DSRF traveler, I was hoping to get that traveler approved and uploaded to Pansophy while I continued to work on the WCD register revision.  If necessary, I could upload a small revision that only changed the C100R-INSP-DSRF traveler; however, within a couple weeks, I would have to upload another revision with the complete list of changes.

I will try to talk to Valerie tomorrow to see what the best way to proceed is.

I was reviewing your C100R-INSP-DSRF-R3 traveler, and unfortunately I need to send it back. The NCR/D3 emails and approval names don’t match what is in the WCD, which is something they have been requesting we follow going forward. Either the traveler needs to be changed to match the WCD, or the WCD needs to be revised and sent out for approval to reflect the changes in the traveler. How should we proceed?
