Hi Allen - I think this is a format error on the WCD Register.  I will correct it on the next revision of the register, which I'm working on currently already.  The names on the traveler should be correct.

Tiffany,

I was reviewing C100R-CHEM-COMP-DEGR-R3 prior to routing for approval, when I noticed that the entry on the work control document is crossed out and the names are off. I wanted to confirm that the approval names and NCR/D3 emails were accurate before I routed for approvals.
