Peter,

I got your request and I’ve been reviewing the procedure. The meat of it looks good, but I do have a couple of revisions. The first is that you have the revision number as 0 and no revision in the document title. The document title should go like L2HE-PR-VTA-CAV-AMMS-R1, and the 0 be turned to a 1 in the header. The revision date also appears to be off by a millennia and a couple centuries. Other than that, the format looks good.
