[Pansophy] L2HE Procedure Revision

Hi Pansophy - Danny dropped a procedure (L2HE-PR-CLNRM-GV2SA-ASSY-R3) into the Ready for Approvals folder earlier today.  I just wanted to let you know that I had already reviewed the change and am ok with the procedure being routed for approval.  The cleanroom team is waiting on this procedure to be approved and issued in order to return to work and build the next L2HE cavity string.
