Valerie - can we still put N/A for the revision date?  Based on the planned revision to the Document Management process, the project procedure / document is required to be changed when "facility or procedural changes warrant".  I don't know of a date when the facility would warrant a change nor do I know when other procedural/project changes might require that the procedure be changed.



If N/A cannot be agreed upon, please put a date 3 years from today so that we can get this procedure into review / approval.  The cleanroom cannot restart string prep for for L2HE until this procedure is approved.

I am still in the process of editing the Document Process Procedure.

In the future Document Revisions will be as follows:



1.1     Document Revision

Periodic reviews ensure the document information is applicable to current work practices. When a document revision is needed for a periodic review or other reasons, the Document Owner follows the same approval process as the original document.

*         All QMS documents must be reviewed no later than two years from the previous revision.

*         SRF documents must be reviewed no later than three years from the previous revision.

*         Project documents are required to be revised when facility or procedural changes warrant and when a new project is established.

There is no requirement that I can find for project procedures to have a periodic review so the review date can be listed as "N/A".  Per the Document Management process, a project procedure is a level 3 document.

Allen - I do not think the template needed to be updated.  The version you sent had the headers and footers removed.  We also don't need a Roles and Responsibilities section because only one work center does the work of the procedure.  Please revert the document to the version I sent.  You can accept any tracked changes in the document Danny sent but please do not add section nor remove the headers and footers.

I have moved it over to the new template and fixed the minor issues mentioned above. The only thing I couldn't fill was the roles and responsibilities area. Please let me know what to add to that. If everything looks good and no changes need to be made, let me know and I'll route for approvals.
