Thank you Tiffany. I was getting confused by the create date on the first link. I now see the revision date. I'll go ahead and update that link.
I still need advice on the other links, but I can continue reviewing the rest of the traveler while I wait.

The CRM1207014-0001 drawing in the document repository listing: https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabDocs/items/45409 and to the drawing itself: https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabDocs/documents/versions/184780/download
The current rev of the drawing is Rev A. You can see the revision date of 21Aug2023 in the upper right hand corner of the drawing.

Also, I understand that as part of the revision the CRM1207014-0001 Outside Cleanroom Assy document got updated. However, the current link goes to your computer; meaning other users won't be able to use it. I did locate one in the jlabdocs repository, but it's from 2010. If you are wanting to update the link to something more recent, the document will need to be uploaded to the repository and linked from there. If that is the correct version, I already have the link updated.

Apologies, I forgot to mention the last line of references. I was unable to locate newer versions, but considering two of them are scanned procedures, one is a word doc, and one is a procedure from C100 in 2010, I was wondering if they needed to be updated as well?

John,
I was reviewing your revision of C100R-CM-ASSY-COLD prior to routing when I noticed the referenced drawings were still linked to docushare. As a reminder, we have moved to using the Jlab docs repository for drawing references. I've fixed them this time so you don't need to do anything, but going forward please link to the documents there.
I also noticed that there are several older documents linked within the procedure; some as far back as 1988. I checked the Jlab docs repository and saw that many have revised versions from more recent. Unless you have any objection, I will replace this older document with the newer revision. For context, here are the old and new links.
11141S0035 General Cleaning and Handling

11141S0029 Small Item Leak Check Spec.

11141S0033 Large Item Leak Check

New: https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabDocs/items/70285
11141S0034 S/S Cleaning and Handling
Old: https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-46858/JLAB_SPEC_11141S0034%5b2%5d%5b1%5d.pdf
New: https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabDocs/items/70286
One notable exception to this is 11141S0030 GTAW Spec for S/S<https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabDocs/documents/versions/70276/download>. It appeared in Jlab Docs, but not as a new version. Not much I think can be done, but I thought I should mention it. The most I was able to find was this cleaned up version<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Services/Document-209863> in the Jefferson Lab Specifications 1988-1991 folder in docushare.
