Hi all, I no longer have access to Pansophy. If someone wants to restore my privileges, I'd be happy to take a look.
Thanks,
Katherine

Thanks Adam,
There’s nothing in the traveler about the dent and no NCR was filed, inspection was done by Kara. https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/TRAVELER_FORM.cfm?project=L2HE&area=L2HE&system=INSP&TRAV_ID=L2HE-INSP-BLBS&TRAV_REVISION=R3&page=1&maxpage=1&TRAV_SEQ_NUM=11&ncr_num=.&travstat=y&serialnum=020&SN=020&SNType=BLBSSN
The traveler states: “Create an NCR for any dents/dings that exceed 1/8". If a single ding or dent is under 1/8" do not create an NCR but leave a comment.”
Kara – do you remember seeing a small dent in the convolutions of BLBS 020? D3 has photos: https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/TRAVELER_FORM.cfm?project=L2HE&area=L2HE&system=D3&page=1&SNType=SerialID&trav_id=L2HE-D3&maxpage=1&trav_revision=R3&trav_seq_num=141&travstat=n&serialnum=J1.3-28&SN=J1.3-28
That being said, it’s a very small and shallow dent and the edges are smooth. Katherine – since this dent is in the convolutions I want to get your input. Thanks,
Michelle

Hi Adam,
In the D3 that was filed this morning I can’t find the SN for the bellows that’s photographed. It’s not in any of the photos and the part identification was filled out as a CM, not a BLBS. However, I can guess that it’s either SN 013 or 014. Either way all inspections have been completed and no NCRs have been filed for convolution dents, I also don’t see anything about the dent in any of the remaining travelers. However, there is an existing NCR for a similar issue that was found on SN 001; it actually looks worse on 001 than the one in the D3. I think it’s likely ok.

Let me know your thoughts,
Michelle
