[Pansophy] Open NCR on PPU-07

Hi,

I was reviewing NCR reports and see NCR #664 is still open on PPU-07, it doesn't show up when I run my reports on open Travelers and NCRs. It seems to be incorrectly linked to Traveler SNSPPU-CMTF-CM-ACTS Seq #13 instead of #8.

I just updated the NCR to link it with Seq #8 which is PPU-07 instead of #13 which doesn't exist.  Matt - please correct me if that is wrong.

Can you please review it and work towards closing it asap since this CM is already installed at ORNL.
