Subject: Re: HE Staff Meeting
Morning,
I wanted to share the link to the area I presented in today's meeting.
https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Production/DrillDowns/L2HEReports/L2HEDrillDownACTS.cfm
You can get there in Pansophy from the Production Menu -> Drilldown -> L2HE and then select the area you want to start viewing.
The Pansophy team has been working hard to capture all the Travelers and NCRs that are linked to a particular cyromodule and cavities. The drill down is a nice way to see what Travelers and NCRs are still open. The first number & dot is the Traveler SN and any NCRs are in parentheses next to it. Red means it's open and green means closed. You can move up to the CM level or down to the cavities. If you notice something is not correct or missing, let pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org> know or submit a service request (at the top of the page).
This is a great tool to make sure all documents are closed prior to shipping.

As Tony says, "Travelers close as the work flows!"
Let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything,
Ashley
