[Pansophy] ER5C NCRs

Hi again,

I looked closer at all, and some NCRs are missing from the list.  Specifically looking at #592 and 608

Hi,
I need a sanity check.

When I pull Open NCRs from the QC listing Page, I get different number than when I pull NCRs by project and filter open.  Is it me doing something wrong? If I go into the NCRs that are missing, the one I looked at was still open.
