[Pansophy] Fw: ER5C open NCR & Traveler

So both of you are correct.

In ER5C-INSP-CAV seq num 110, if you access this traveler from the traveler listing, it is a closed traveler in R7 and NCR#608 will not show up in the dropwdown. NCR#608 has the TravelerRevision noted as R6. Since this is incorrect, it makes an incorrect link and makes the NCR not visible in some reports. This is the same case for ER5C-INSP-CAV seq num 107 and NCR#592. I have corrected both.
