I cannot access almost anything from the Travelers Menu (i.e. SRF OPS, SRF S&T, TRAVELER TOOLS...)

Was looking through the traveler and could not access any files. I can login to Pansophy, but when searching through the Traveler data base I get stopped... can I be "granted" permissions? Is that okay? Specifically, I am trying to familiarize myself with the system and documenting as well as seeking data for personal endeavors/research
