[Pansophy] External Fermilab drawings link

Hi Michelle,

The location in question is the JLAB DOCS<https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabDocs/nodes/127/search> area. There is a separate area for external docs as opposed to internal JLAB ones. I've been told Gary is the best person to ask about this, and I've CC-ed him to the email to put him in the loop.

Hi Allen,
Per the discussion below I need to know how to link external drawings from Fermilab.  I retrieve their drawings from their TeamCenter and I used to link them to travelers with Docushare but apparently you have a new location as you say below.

Could you please let me know how to link external drawings to the depository?
