I have finished updating the docushare links. Some of the drawings were updated to the latest version, which might slightly change the images in the word docs. Would you like to look over the word docs and maybe update the images before I route for approval?



Unfortunately due to an issue with Microsoft Word you’ll have to look them through the Jlab Docs repository<https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabDocs/nodes/127/search>, not the links in the files. I’m told there is a fix to this, but I only just learned about it and haven’t had a chance to look at it. Regardless, the links will work fine in pansophy.

I was reviewing your AUPPS travelers when I noticed in AUPPS-FAB-HHOM-ASSY-R3 there’s a HHOM_Qualification_Procedure<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-260920/HHOM_Qualification_Procedure_V2(2).docx> that leads to an unsigned word doc of a procedure in AUP. As linking to an unapproved procedure is not allowed, this procedure will have to either be replaced, or routed for approvals alongside the traveler. The traveler will have to wait for the procedure to be approved before it can be uploaded to pansophy. How do you want to proceed?
