[Pansophy] Creation of VTRF Report in Pansophy

At the moment, I would use the report just for NCRs against VTRF travelers.  I could see the report being useful for other travelers and/or types of SNs as well, but I'm not currently trying to pull that data.

Hi Tiffany,

Megan and I have been looking at your service request. We are looking into some temporary solutions for the report until we can create a new report during our datamining upgrades.

We have a solution that is based on the current NCR Report but need to know if this report will be used solely for VTRF or for multiple travelerIDs.
