One more thing. I noticed that you only have yourself listed as the NCR dispositioner. Pansophy requires more than one person be listed so that there is a backup incase one is unavailable to deal with an NCR. Let me know who to add, and I’ll add them. For context, I’ve attached a screenshot from our WCD template. Please let me know if you have any questions.

In that case, I would recommend that we just have one user drop down for the steps. I’ve conferred with Valerie, and swapped the ones you had for the <<SRF>> drop down. That should cover all the people who would need to sign off. I’ve not made any other changes beyond some formatting revisions. If you have no objections, I’ll route for approvals.

I’ve been looking over this traveler. I noticed that additional user lists have been added to the traveler. Are these just for specific people, and if so for who? I’m trying to figure out whether or not we can simplify this traveler and reduce the number of user lists needed.
