Greg,

I just looked in our database and see that PRIMeS added MWFSN for Modified Window Flange.
Is this the same part you are talking about? This was put into place in Aug '23.

Subject: C100R Window serial numbers

Hi Valerie,

For C100R there are two different window assemblies, modified and unmodified, and currently we only have one assembly serial number (WINSN) for both. They begin their life in traveler C100R-CMA-WIN-WELD, and then will be moved through a number of different work centers. I believe that we decided to do this purposely and intended to include an identifier to decipher between the two, but I'm realizing now that serial numbers will eventually duplicate if we are only using the last three digits. Could we make a MWINSN or something similar or do you have any ideas on how to eliminate confusion?

Thanks in advance,
Greg
