Good news!  Thanks Allen,

Summary of changes is fairly short, other than removing Scott I would like to add Liang Zhao and myself as NCR Dispositioners, and add Tony Reilly as an NCR Informative.  I believe the signatories will have to remain as they are, just update the points of contact (Correct me if I'm wrong about that). No changes to the body of the traveler, I believe those are all the revisions unless Anne would like to add any.

Looking through the ER5C WCD Register I've noticed there are quite a few travelers with outdated contact listings, would it be helpful to post a marked-up copy of the register in Docushare to track travelers which require similar updates?

There may be others that require substantive changes which will definitely require signatures,

I just spoke to Valerie. We can do this without a new revision, but she wants yours and Anne's approval. Please summarize your requested changes and if you both agree on them I will go ahead and update the NCR/D3 names. Also, Scott is already removed from NCR/D3, it just hasn't been updated on the P0.

I do remember the service request system now that you've reminded me of it, I'll be sure to use that for future requests.

I'll make the necessary changes to the traveler and upload it to the ready for approvals folder.  There will likely be several others in the ER5C family coming soon as well as we comb through and locate ones that are in need of updates.

This kind of change will require a new revision. If you need us to, we can make the changes and route for approvals if you give us the full changes. Or you can do them and put the document in ready for approvals.

Also, pansophy has transitioned to using the service request system on our site to keep track of requests better than email can. I can help you fill it out if you need a refresher.

Hi Pansophy Team,

I'm hoping to be able to update the names listed as on this traveler ER5C-INSP-HOML, in this case I would like to remove Scott and list Liang Zhao and Anne McEwen as NCR Dispositioners, and possibly myself as well as the PC for ER5C.

Is this something that can updated, or will the traveler have to be sent for signatures?  If it requires signatures, we'll have to update the reviewers as well.

Looks like this Traveler need a revision to update points of contact.  It still has Kurt Macha and Scott Williams.  I'm sure there's several of these in ER5C.

Yes I would have expected that Liang would be on the list to disposition the HOML, since she is the SOTR , along with others of course

I am putting the ER5C Project Co-Ordinator  (Matt) on copy so it can be addressed , along with a few others who I hope will help him through this process since he is new to this role
