[Pansophy] Access to CM Locations in Pansophy

We did an audit of pansophy users a little over a month ago and sync'd with the JLab directory.
There were several users still with access who no longer work at the lab, which prompted an audit of all people listed.
You are in MLP. I just needed to give MLP access.
