Thanks for looking into this.  I also realized it might be when the reports are pulled - if it's on the 1st of the month or end of the month or month to date, so we might just always have a bit of a discrepancy between reports.

Hi All,



Having written these pages awhile ago, I thought I should take a look to see what was going on.  I looked at C100R, the others will need additional time.



  *   I found a discrepancy in the query for Travelers By Age and made the correction.
  *   In the spreadsheet above, I had to do a more in-depth analysis of the data to figure out what else was happening.  In the comments you can see that the Traveler acronyms have changed, to include the WCA.  There are 2 solutions to deal with this problem.
     *   Modify the query for TRAVELERS BY AGE to check for Obsoleted travelers (in TRAV_CONFIG).
     *   Close the orphaned travelers (in TRAV_OWNERS).



Both of these should be done, the first to eliminate any futures issues, and the second to close travelers that have been orphaned.

When I add up the open travelers from the Travelers open by age report (Total Open below), I get a different number than when I pull the Projects Metrics Report (Traveler Open below) on 4 of the 7 projects.

I also get a different number when I pull Travelers by Project Op/Cl Report.
