DOE Record Requirements require us to keep all data related to research/projects done at JLab.
It is becoming increasingly more important that we have a way of protecting all data.
SharePoint is good for supporting collaboration; however,
the computer center has found that it does not adequately support large amounts of data (Facilities broke SharePoint because of too many large files).
The use of Travelers backed by an Oracle Database does allow for supporting production data.
I did some research into the NB3SN project that is already in the Pansophy System:
* There are 38 travelers in the NB3SN system.
* The last time any traveler has been opened in the NB3SN project area was 10-FEB-2023.
* 14 travelers have never been used.

I don't know why travelers are no longer being used to track this project. Perhaps we should be?
The Software Team is available to help if a new traveler is needed or to update those already in the system.

In principle, I don't disagree. That said - An acceptance testing traveler has not yet been prepared to the best of my knowledge as the tests to be performed had not yet been settled upon until this week. We could do so though...
Respectfully,
Mike

Hi Mike,
Do we have an acceptance test traveler for the Nb3Sn QCM where the data will be captured?
Thanks,
Tony

Valerie may want to chime in in case I misunderstood.
I would suggest Pansophy for this module - on the ground of being compatible with past records possibly maintain data "searchbility".

Hi all,
Here is a sharepoint site to communicate completed VTA/CMTF testing results, record meeting presentations / minutes, and serve as a repository for data related to the Nb3Sn cavities / module, their testing, and installation / characterization in the UITF.
