Thanks Megan, I think that’s what it was.  Why was the batch NCR dispositioning tool removed?

Sounds like you are looking for the batch NCR dispositioning tool that we no longer have available. My only idea for something similar would be to use the NCRs (Op/Cl) report and use the filtering options for travelers you know you are a dispositioner on and use the links to open the NCR

Hi Megan,

That one is similar, but it’s not the one I’m looking for.  When you clicked on it, the first dropdown would list projects and the second would pop up after you selected the first and populate all travelers with NCRs that you have access to.  It output a grid of NCRs by number and didn’t have a choice of open or closed.  There were drop downs for the disposition if it was open, if it was closed the text was greyed out.

Sorry for the lackluster description, it’s hard to do from memory 😊

It sounds like you are looking for the NCR (Op/Cl) report. That is located under MAIN MENU > QC REPORTS > NCR REPORTS > NCRs (op/Cl)

Hi Valerie,

I’m trying to locate a report that was in the “Traveler Tools” dropdown menu of Pansophy before the update.  It was an NCR report where you could select the project and traveler, it would output all NCRs closed and open for that traveler and you could click on each NCR number to pull it up.  It also had the disposition listed.  It was very useful because I could see all the NCRs for a part at a glance and pull up any I had questions about or needed to disposition.  Has it been removed?  If so, is there a similar tool I could use?
