Thanks Megan,

Now, when I login Pansophy, there are no more issues with the the menu bar (last Friday and this morning).

Still, there is no CAVSN displayed on the 162 C75 traveler ... it should have been 5C75-RI-032 not Op...

Thank you for reporting about the log in errors. We had someone else let us know they were experiencing the same thing and we are looking into it.

As far as the ER5C-VTA-CPR-VTRF traveler, inside the traveler there is a button to account for if the select traveler dropdown isn't populated. Click this button and Submit to Database and it will be fixed

Subject: Mircea: yesterday had some Pansophy issues

Good morning Val and Megan,
Yesterday 25 Apr had some issues with Pansophy:

  1.
In the morning in my office, after click here to login Pansophy, the first screen came out without MAIN MENU TRAVELERS MENU and so on. However, I have the message click here to logout...
  2.
Eventually the click here to login in came out, insert my credentials and was able to have there Menu bar active.
  3.
The same thing happen in the afternoon, accessing the Pansophy form one of the VTA computers.
  4.
Had the ER5C VTA traveler open, as usually had CAVSN in, then some comments and test related data, initialized the traveler and saved the first page. Later on found the traveler 162 was saved without the expected 5C75-RI-032 cavity name:

Had the traveler with all data in. Just wander why I had these issues and, more importantly if something can be done to give give the give the cavity name (5C75-RI-032) to this 162 open traveler.

Thank you,
Mircea5
