Juan,
When you go to Pansophy, are you getting there by using a bookmark in your browser?

Hey Matt,

So myself and others when we first log into pansophy. Then go to select a traveler of any type it sends us back to the log on screen. After that when we relog in it doesn't happen again and we are able to access what we need. It just seems to happen on the initial login. I noticed it for the first time I think the beginning of last week maybe end of week before. Then had a conversation with a coworker who mentioned he'd started seeing the same thing.

Juan

Hi Juan,

I am reaching out to get more information on your request.

Have you noticed the forced logouts when accessing a specific traveler or the traveler area in general?

When did the issue first occur?

Are others in your team able to access the needed travelers?

Regards,

Matthew Menia
