I talked to Valerie. Since no data has been entered yet into AUPCAV-VTA-CAV-VTRF-R1, we can put this in without going through the approval process. I'll be working on getting that done right now and will update the word/pdf documents in DocuShare when I'm done. Nothing at this point you need to worry about, just please keep this in mind for future travelers. I'll send another email once we're done updating.

Ok. This usually requires a new revision for the traveler, as we do not like making changes to travelers that have already gone into pansophy. It's a bad habit to get into and opens us up to making entire revisions to travelers without going through approvals. Exceptions can be made; but those are rare and usually done only to fix serious issues that cannot wait. Valerie is out sick today, but I can see if something can be done.

Going forward we would prefer if the procedure was put out first, or at the same time as the traveler. We do allow travelers and procedures that need to be linked to be routed at the same time, with the understanding that the procedure goes into production first and the traveler will be edited to include a link.
