Allen,

Where is the updated document with the new step numbers? The revision note at the end of the document says that sections 5.1.2, 6.5.3, and 6.5.4 were updated; this document only has steps that go up to 4.8.1.6.

I talked to Valerie about this. We’re going to go ahead and keep the new step numbering. I’ve gone ahead and updated the figure numbers for you. As for the step numbers in the revision history, a note in the R9 that the step numbers were changed should be sufficient.

At this point I just need you to do a final review of the changes and let me know if everything looks good or not.  If the updated references are acceptable we can remove the highlights. I’d also like your opinion on the approval names. Chris Dreyfuss as I understand it is out this week and is preparing to leave the lab in the coming months, so we might want to ask Kirk (who I’ve CC-ed) if there’s someone being trained up who we can swap his name out for.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email pansophy. If everything looks good, we should be able to get this out for approval before the end of the day.

I was reviewing this procedure and noticed it was in an old procedure template. I’ve gone ahead and converted to the latest template. Please review my work and let me know if it is acceptable and good to go out. I would appreciate it if you paid special attention to the process flow, references, and approvals.

  *   The process flow is not filled out, but doesn’t need to be if you don’t need it.
  *   The references were old so I went and updated some of them (the highlighted ones) and would appreciate your review.
  *   The procedure template had some extra names on it and I wanted to make sure it was good on your end.

If these things and the rest of the traveler looks good, let me know and I’ll route for approval.
